Inspire yourself
With four months passing since Covid-19 created a new way of life often filled with isolation, fear, boredom, and uncertainty, it’s incredibly important to inspire yourself through work, connections and family. Some days I feel that this disease is our reckoning with the fast-paced life most of us have led for many years.
On the days I feel I’ve had enough of the new normal, I inspire myself with the simplicities of the day – face-to-face computer-based meetings, walking my dog around the block, and having lunch with my family. By slowing down, you can fully engage in your daily activities and connect with others instead of flying through the motions. There is no denying that these days are difficult. Take the time to inspire yourself through connections in everyday life.
