Keeping Your Mind Wide Open
It sounds a bit silly to tell someone to keep his/her mind wide open, but it works. Oftentimes, when we are busy with our daily tasks, it is impossible to have a clear and open mind. You need to make an extra effort to ensure that your mind stays quiet and calm so it can be open to new ideas, building relationships (personally and professionally) and the wonders of the world.
I have my best ideas when I am sitting quietly, even sleeping, and certainly after a yoga class. We are most joyful when our minds are calm and we can appreciate all that is around us. Take time and make time to quiet and open your mind so you can take full advantage of what you have to offer to life and what life has to offer to you.
