Another brand benefit is that you are clearly communicating to your customers that you care about what they think. This is as important as gathering the feedback because you are demonstrating your openness to two-way communication.
When customers feel that you appreciate their experiences with your products and your services, they feel connected to your brand and products. When customers don’t hear from you, they may start wondering consciously or subconsciously if you value their business and their opinions. Take the time to talk to your customers; the investment will pay back in dividends.
