Transforming ourselves
As 2023 quickly progresses into another year, many of us revisit our resolutions and goals for the new year. Well, we all could get into better shape (Ok, maybe not all of us), eat healthier, and reduce our stress levels. So why don’t we do it.
In the beginning of January, my health club emailed me about taking a transformation challenge with a promise of ‘well-being and prizes.’ At first, I didn’t want anything to do with this – the annual exercise challenge that many of us start and never finish. But today, I said yes. Why now? This year has become more about connections, with friends and the community. Group workouts are like working on a team, contributing, and doing better as a whole. Connecting with others is what makes us transform ourselves and our lives. Say yes to these bonding opportunities in 2023.
