Figuring it out...takes time

I think I figured it out. Everyone says do what you love, but it isn’t always easy to determine what that is early on in your career. It takes time. Many of us can learn through working what we like and don’t like, but we don’t always know why.

I think I figured it out… it took longer than what I hoped. Do what you’re good at. Focus on your strengths and what energizes you. We spend a lot of time working on what we’re not good at and yes, we must do that, and we can always improve. Discover your two to three strengths and you will understand what makes you tick and brings you joy. Then you will have figured it out.

Footnote: Be aware of what you’re not good at… and work hard to seem like you do.
